On February 16th, 2017, the research ship Okeanos Explorer will send a remotely operated vehicle into the depths of the Pacific Ocean, seeking out exotic sea animals and other curiosities. They are going to be broadcasting online so, the whole world can see, if they want. The ROV, called Deep Discoverer, will reach depths of 3.7 miles beneath the sea's surface. The expedition will go through September. I think this extremely cool, because not a lot of people have the opportunity to go underwater and experience the view of sea life. Broadcasting thisonline is a great idea and opportunity.
